My primary goal in putting together The Mitch Lippman Group, Inc., was to assemble a team of top-notch Business Performance Consulting Professionals who can deliver results with compassion, caring, and competence. 

​

I've been lucky enough to work with and learn from amazing people, and to have some incredible jobs. I've been working in what is now known as "Talent Development" since my college days at Boston University. (Back then, we just called it "training.") I love working with people all across organizations - from the Executive Suite to the metaphorical or literal Production Line. I've learned that different situations require different tactics and methods - and that many people use only a fraction of the possible approaches available. Helping people discover those opportunities for success while becoming their best authentic selves is a purpose for me.

My parents gave me a wonderful gift: they LOVED what they did for work. Both my parents were teachers for most of their lives, and they were really passionate about it. As I have grown through my career, I've always stuck with their philosophy: Do What You Love and Love What You Do. I've had the privilege of loving what I do. I get a great deal of joy working with my clients and my team.
