Mitch Lippman Bio

Mitch Lippman is an executive coach, leadership advisor, and adult-learning consultant who works with leaders at companies people interact with every day—from streaming services to airlines.

His work focuses on helping leaders strengthen the behaviors that drive effective leadership: communication, alignment, decision-making, and accountability. His approach is grounded in a simple principle: leadership isn’t innate—it’s a set of learnable behaviors that can be practiced and strengthened over time.

 

Over the course of his career, Mitch has worked across a wide range of industries including technology, entertainment, hospitality, finance, retail, legal services, and manufacturing. Earlier in his career, he held leadership and consulting roles in marketing within both technology startups and established companies.

 

Mitch has served on the leadership-development faculties of organizations including NBCUniversal, Publicis Media, and GE, designing and delivering programs that help leaders build engaged teams and drive stronger business outcomes.

 

He has also worked independently with leaders and teams at companies including Netflix and Hilton Worldwide through consulting and leadership-development engagements.

 

Across these engagements, his work helps leaders gain the clarity to build engaged teams, deliver better products and services, and achieve stronger business outcomes.

 

Mitch has worked with leaders and/or teams on every continent except Antarctica.

 

A native New Yorker, he lives in Los Angeles and works with clients around the globe.
